Matthew McWaters is the Sr. Pastor at Encounter. He and his wife Precious are worshipers who love hosting God’s Presence. Matthew is originally from Crookston. He has a heart for revival and graduated from The House School of Ministry in Eagan MN.

Andrea Erdmann is our Encounter Kids Pastor. Her husband Bruce is our Lead Usher and oversees the ushering team. Together they bring a heart for family and revival to our congregation and to everyone they know. Andrea and Bruce both graduated from U Mary with a Masters’s in Education.
